Friday July 10

SCOE 2009 Begins!
7pm - Coffee, tea and dessert meet and greet at the Marriott poolside atrium. Mix and mingle with other attendees in a casual setting, co-sponsored by Buybak.com. A no-host bar is available. Vendors begin setup in Washington Ballroom. A Conference assistant will be provided to address any vendor requests.
Saturday July 11 - 8:30am - 5:45pm
Attendees and vendors meet in the Washington Ballroom at the Marriott for the attendees-only portion of the weekend. Attendees will form breakout groups based on business models and brainstorm questions and concerns to address with Amazon. During this time, vendors will meet and brainstorm ideas with Rhonda to improve future conferences. Vendors will later provide one-hour informational group meetings in rooms scheduled for them, for any interested attendees. Click here for the ever-evolving agenda
Sunday July 12 - 9am - 5pm
Amazon's Peter Faricy, VP of Seller Services, will provide the keynote. Amazon speakers meet with event attendees at Marriott. There will be general speakers and small group breakouts with Amazon executives.
7:30pm - 10:30pm - Come for a thank-you event on Sunday night, co-sponsored by IOBA. Burritos, beer, Northwest wine and soda party. This will take place in the Snoqualmie Ballroom. Hang out with fellow attendees and vendors in a casual atmosphere. If you plan to attend, please confirm on Saturday morning. Catered by Nick's Grill in Kirkland.
Monday July 13, 10am - 1:30pm
Attendees and vendor participants are invited to come to Amazon HQ at PacMed up on the hill. Bus transportation between the Marriott and Amazon HQ will be provided by Amazon. A panel of Amazon execs will be on hand to answer questions developed on Saturday by attendees. A boxed lunch will be graciously provided, also by Amazon.. At around 1:30, we will reboard the buses and leave Amazon to return to the Marriott. If you have your own car, there is visitor parking at Amazon. If your plane reservations make the 1:30 departure time a squeeze, you may want to have a taxi pick you up at Amazon at an earlier time.
