In addition to selling on Amazon.com since 2010, Cynthia has also written the top-selling books “Suspension Prevention: Get Reinstated and Protect Your Amazon Seller Account” and “Make Thousands on Amazon in 10 Hours a Week!” She consults with Amazon sellers on a wide range of business topics including getting reinstated, avoiding suspension, and selling on Amazon.
Most sellers fail when they write the appeal themselves, which can lead to them being permanently banned from selling. Cynthia has developed a system for analyzing sellers’ mistakes, appealing to Amazon and – in most cases – getting her clients’ businesses back up and running.
Her consulting firm, Online Sales Step by Step grew from one person to 20 in six months due to the tremendous demand by Amazon sellers for reinstatement and suspension prevention help. With more than 200 successful reinstatements worldwide in only nine months, the company is the industry leader for this highly specialized work.
Prior to becoming an Amazon seller, Cynthia had 25+ years business consulting and crisis experience, which gives her a different perspective towards selling on Amazon. Her goal is to not only get clients selling again, but to help them figure out how they got in trouble in the first place. She teaches how to set up systems and put processes in place to make sure it never happens again.
She has spoken about this topic at SCOE 2015 (Seattle), CES III, The Import Summit and eCom Chicago as well as on numerous webinars, podcasts, guest blogs and media interviews.
