After earning a BS in political communication, Scott Margolius began his career on Capitol Hill. He later served as a City Commissioner, and worked as COO for a customer-centric marketing company. There, he further honed his skills providing high-touch customer satisfaction experiences.

Running eBay and Amazon marketplace companies while providing world-class customer service became a natural fit. Now, helping other sellers through Amazon product research and his consulting business, Scott is truly in his element. His passion is in helping others and in guiding them through the unique challenges associated with unhappy ecommerce customers. Scott specializes in approaching these sensitive issues with aplomb and turning them in to growth opportunities.
